FlowDesk

Terms

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms cover your use of FlowDesk. Plain language, no traps. Where something is a legal obligation of yours rather than ours, we say so.

The agreement

By creating a FlowDesk account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

We may update them; material changes are announced in the product at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.

Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Failed payments pause paid features; your data stays and stays exportable.

What FlowDesk does and does not do

FlowDesk helps you create and manage invoices in supported formats and includes validation checks designed around applicable requirements.

FlowDesk is software, not tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for your tax and legal obligations and should consult your tax advisor where necessary.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability and publish incidents on our status page, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where law does not allow that limit.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We keep your data for 30 days after closure so you can change your mind, then delete it.

We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that endangers the service or other customers.
